     Mario F. Sandoval was formerly a worker at Smithkline Beecham, a British-American Pharmaceutical Company. After 13 years of employment, he decided to resign from the company to venture in putting up his own business. Joining efforts with his wife, Edelminda Sandoval, he started to operate their bangus business on January 18, 1993, under the trade name, M.F. Sandoval Trading with an initial capital of Php 20,000.
