     DARE is a non-stock, non profit, non government organization, registered with the Security Exchange Commission in 1971. We have been engaged in the rehablitation of sustance abusers and other persons with compulsive behavior for the past 29 years. We pioneered the Therapeutic Community in Asia. We are accredited by the Dangerous Drugs Board and recognized by the World Federation of the Therapeutic Communities and the Asian Federation of Therapeutic Communities.
