CULINAIRE Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts is the first culinary school in the City of San Fernando, the capital of Pampanga. Founded as Northpoint Academy in 2011, the school is offering courses that are designed to meet the different objectives of students who desire to seriously pursue a professional career path, improve their skills in their home kitchen or be set-up for business opportunities.
CULINAIRE Academy provides a high standard of training and world-class facilities for students that are based in Pampanga and the surrounding cities and provinces north of Manila. The school offers a broad yet comprehensive variety of culinary subjects that are taught and conducted by qualified and experienced chef instructors. Programs such as the Fundamentals class, Certificate, Advanced Certificate and Diploma programs in both culinary and pastry arts are offered.
CULINAIRE Academy's new facility is designed to encourage, motivate and bring out the best for chefs in the making. Visit the school and you will be welcomed in a spacious elegant lobby, then walk through the 3 culinary kitchens, a dedicated baking and pastry lab, and a special culinary theater. The school also houses a special events venue called WhiteSpace where meetings, demos and functions can be held.
The facilities support the hands-on method of culinary training. Student have their own workstation in a state-of-the-art hot kitchen with access to professional tools and equipment. With a limited and small class size, students have a chance to personally connect with instructors and master chefs as they progress through their culinary and pastry training.
