     Better Than Ice Cream (BTIC) Frozen Yogurt is first and foremost a family business. Banker-turned-entrepreneur Nestor P. Bonoan discovered frozen yogurt in 1987 after a heart attack and a quadruple bypass surgery forced him to give up some personal food staples--ice cream, sweets, and fatty foods. "We were in the States and my daughters introduced me to frozen yogurt," recalls Nestor. "From that moment, we were all hooked."
