It specializes in the packaging and retailing of processed food products that are sourced from other micro-small food producers who cannot extend their business scope. Big Chef's mission is to tap the food producers and make their products more accessible.
Big Chef sells ready-to-cook authentic local delicacies straight from small but trusted suppliers - made traditionally and not commercially. Vacuum-packed and labeled with easy to follow cooking instructions, buyers could enjoy freshly-cooked food at the safety of their own home. Big Chef's tagline: Eat legit!
Some of the products are the following: original Kapampangan Pindang Damulag (fermented carabao meat tocino), Pork Tocino, skinless Longanisa, and buro - the "infamous" fermented rice with fish or shrimp (not for the faint of stomachs). More ready-to-cook products would be added soon.
