It’s content of news and entertainment is in Taglish and is designed with the typical rail user in mind. It’s maiden issue was June 4, 2007. Commuter Express is published by Silverstream Publishing Corp. It’s editorial team is headed by Editor-In-Chief Manny Marinay, a veteran newspaper man. Formerly a beat reporter, he has covered the police and military beats extensively. In recognition of his talents and hard work, he rose to become an Associate Editor at Manila Times and later an Editor at Manila Bulletin.
