     A joint venture company with Prosperity Steamship Co. Ltd. (PSP) of Hongkong, was established in 1974 to undertake the crew personnel requirements of the vessels owned and/or operated by PSP and has since then been the personnel managers of their fleet. The company has a pool of reserves of duly qualified Filipino officers, engineers and crew. Prosperity Steamship Co., Phils. Inc.'s Chairman, Jesus B. Avecilla is one of the founding members of the Filipino Association for Mariners Employment (FAME).
