(Multi-Core) is a company organized in 2006 by group of business executives and engineers from different IT companies with more than 50 years of combined experience. The company is headed by Mr. Jose A. Chua, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer who has been an entrepreneur all his life and successfully steered various businesses from manufacturing, agriculture, construction, and information technology. He once led a company which computerized the Land Transportation Registration System in the Philippines through a Built-Operate-Owned scheme in partnership with the government. This is the first and so far the only successful computerization project undertaken under this scheme.
