     TSND is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing next generation video relay service (VRS) and video remote interpreting (VRI) for the deaf and hard of hearing persons that can be accessed wherever there is internet or wireless connectivity, opening them to a world of communication possibilities. TSND also has various technology platforms / services such IP-relay (text-based) communication, Closed-caption “subtitles” on TV programs.
