     Allez Hop! is a boutique studio in the midst of the Makati Business District. It's for people in search of building or maintaining their overall well-being in a highly conducive environment. We have a wide variety of Physical Fitness programs that you can choose from.
We believe in starting health & fitness consciousness early as we offer the Stretch-n-Grow programs from the US for kids as young as 2 years of age in private preschools in Metro Manila.
Plus, we have a physical therapy rehabilitation unit specialized in pain management for clients with various physical dysfunctions.
