Spa Essentials is headed by its principals, Dr. Mike Turvill, a British national, and Catherine Brillantes-Turvill, a Filipina. Mike holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Nottingham in the UK. He has 12 years of management experience from Unilever in the UK, China, Singapore and the Philippines. Mike studied aromatherapy in Singapore.Catherine has been a Human Resources consultant and marketing professional for the past 20 years. She is President of International Customer Management Systems, a management consultancy firm specializing in customer service training and consultancy. Catherine is the founding President of the Spa Association of the Philippines. She is a graduate of the Executive Spa Development Course conducted by Cornell University in Singapore.
