Profile:
     The health education reform order and pharmacovigilance handbook were borne out of a desire to reinforce a culture of safety and preventive health management in our country. These ideas were presented during the business meeting of the PCP in May 2006. This cascaded into a series of events which eventually led to the signing of the Health Education Reform Order of 2006 (HERO) by no less than President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
