It was established in the year 2001, with its head office in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is supplemented by two manufacturing facilities located in Malolos, Bulacan and Quezon City, Metro Manila – with manufacturing capacity of 12,000,000 liters of lubricating oil per year, 742,000,000 kilograms of lubricating grease per year and 20,000,000 liters of special & maintenance chemicals per year.
