     Central Book Supply, Inc. has been in the publishing business since 1945. It is one of the most established publishers and distributors of law books and other professional books in the Philippines. Founded by Dr. Ernesto Y. Sibal, Central Book Supply had its first office and bookstore located at 769 Rizal Avenue, Sta. Cruz, Manila. The company is the exclusive publisher and seller of Supreme Court Reports Annotated (SCRA), which contains all the latest decisions of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, with syllabi, notes and annotations from 1961 to present.
