CLC was founded by a former licensed and professional tour guide, who had led myriad of different nationalities from far away lands of Europe and neighboring countries of Asia to many exotic spots here in the Philippines. He is no other but the fabulous ANTONIO NG , a Bicolano, native of Daet, Camarines Norte. After graduating his high school in Daet Chung Hua High School, he came to Manila to find his fortune.
