The Asian Institute of Culinary Arts is a pioneering culinary training institution in the Philippines. Established in 1998 to serve the maritime culinary training needs. In its existence, AICA has stood for culinary training excellence and integrity.
AICA offers program where chief cooks can further sharpen their skills and expand their knowledge of the culinary arts in addition to the TESDA NC-II Cookery for those who have the passion to enter the culinary industry working in land-based hotels, restaurants and passenger vessels.
AICA programs are accredited with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). We offer courses such us Catering Management Course, Specialty Cuisines, Baking and Pastry, Housekeeping Management, Galley and Provision Management Course that cater to mess men, assistant cooks, 2nd cooks and chief cooks. We also offer courses for the home cooks, hobbyists, and foodies. AICA was established to meet the following general objectives
