The state shall give priority for research and development, invention, innovation and their utilization, and to science and technology training services.In order to address the growing needs for science and technological advancement through computer education, a dynamic group of young executives convened together and formed a partnership with one vision in mind - to establish an ultimate organization, which will revolutionize the information technology. Thus, MEGA COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST INCORPORATED, a private school geared toward the upliftment of quality graduates was conceptualized and established in April 1990. It started with a classroon at 2nd Floor Bernardo Bldg., Sto. Rosario St., Angeles City with Integrated Programming (IP) as its initial course offering.
