TDEVS services was formed by the De Vera Family whose maine objective is to provide great value to our society by extending an excellent customer satisfaction experience in the cleaning services industry. TDEVS or Totally Devoted Specialized Services Inc. was incorporated on May 2003.
TDEVS SERVICES INC'S incorporators have a vast experience in the housekeeping business since 1997 and are committed to continuously provide utmose care to its customers, employees, and shareholders.
TDEVS SERVICES INC. initial operation was emphasized and focused on special projects such as on time cleaning, exterior/interior glass cleaning, facade cleaning, carpet cleaning, disinfecting, stripping, sealing and waxing of floors, ground and garden lawn maintenance, industrial plant cleaning, marble treatment and crystallization, comfort room cleaning, and house keeping training.
Today, TDEVS SERVICES INC. has expanded from janitorial services to manpower, comprehensive general pest control, laundry services, selling of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Althought TDEVS SERVICES INC. has plans to branch out its operation in the Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon, and international site, TDEVS SERVICES INC. continues to carry its services giving utmost satisfaction and quality of services to its existing customers.
We specialize in providing cleaning solutions and manpower services. We have successfully increased our client base and gained a reputation of reliability. We offerd high quality of different services to a large base of satisfied customers in a span of a very short time. Our clients have enjoyed the benefits of dealing with one company for all their cleaning requirements. We take pride of our realibility. Our people are thoroughly evaluated and should pass several requirements. Aside from the clearances that we require, we subject all our people to a comprehensive aptitude test and medical examination which includes drug testing. They are required to attend our own seminar on 5's of good housekeeping, advanced customer services training skills, and a well supervised on the job training to polish their skills.
