This family-owned corporation boats of sufficient tools and die skills to produce high quality precision specialty parts from sheet metal, tubes and pipes, bar stock and plastic injection molding.
Our product lines started out with die stamping, which further ventured into the plastic injection production particularly in the insert molding activity. Shortly after, tube and pipe bending was added of its capabilities and finally a tool and die-manufacturing section was formed to make metal stamping and plastic injection molds. Furthermore it has come up with its own finish products such as Elephant brand storage racks, key houses, key hangers, key chains, slotted angle bars, paper holder, grab handle, angle bracket and strainer with filter.
We also offer services in Tool and Die Making with process of CNC wire cutting, CNC Milling/Engraving (2D/3D), CNC Lathe Turning, Grinding and CNC EDM sinking. We also do metal press stamping; plastic injection molding using nylon, polycarbonate, acrylic, ABS, polystyrene, polypropylene, and polyethylene; Pipe and tube bending (Steel & Stainless Steel) and fabrication; sheet meta fabrication and assembly by CNC punch press, CNC bending and Tig /Mig/Arc welding; and others like plating and powder coating.
