The environment is safe for students and we ensure that safety and enjoyment is a priority when you train.
At first the training may seem very difficult as it takes time for your body to adapt and gain the required fitness level. It is a continual process of learning and improving. You have to give your self time to improve and it challenges both your mind and your spirit. If you give yourself time your, body and spirit will adjust to the challenge and above all else ...... you will have fun !!!!
