     Sometime in August of 1975, some real estate brokers from the municipality of Paraaque discussed and exchanged views on the creation of a real estate association. These visionaries had agreed to form the group in order to achieve the following objectives: To elevate the professional standards of real estate service practice; Protect the public against unethical and unscrupulous real estate agents, both licensed and unlicensed, and; Seek membership with the premier and largest real estate organization in the country, the Philippine Association of REALTORS Boards, Inc. or PAREB.
