Solid Source Trading was established in the first quarter of 2013, with Solid Gabion as its leading product. Engr. Antonio D. Manas, Jr., owner and CEO, has over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry and had developed urban-friendly, premium quality serviced communities for families in the north of Manila. During his time in the construction business, he encountered gabion materials and saw the great potential in the product to grow the market in the Philippines.
In the fourth quarter of 2016 with the continuously growing construction industry, Solid Source Trading seized the opportunity to create a new brand, the Solid Ply Phenolic Board. Upon launching the product during the 2016 Philconstruct Exhibit in Davao and Manila, SolidPly is starting to become a short-listed product amongst some of the reputable contractors in Metro Manila because of its quality, competitive price, and service oriented mindset.
