We provide call center businesses, whether it is established or starting out, with a workstation where they can operate effectively. It includes comfortable seat spaces, high-end computer technology and fast internet connection.
Rate for agent seat is at
USD 200.00 per agent per shift per month.
USD 400.00 per agent per 2 shift per month
USD 500.00 per agent for 24/7 shift
Our contract provisions are as follows:
1. There are 50 stations for agents and 3 TL Stations per room.
2.Every Quadrant/Room has it's own Managerial Room and Conference Room.
3. Workstation size (120 length x60 width )
4. Free use of Pantry and Training Rooms.
5. 24/7 I.T Support
6. 24/7 Maintenance
7. Term can be from as short as 6 months to a year or more depending on your requirements.
8. The seat cost is based on an 8 hour shift for a six (6) day operation or 9 hour shift for a five (5) days;
9. Biometrics with time stamp for Daily Time Recording.
10.CCTV access for 24/7 on site or off site.
11. Complete Desktop Set.
12. Two (2) Months Advance and Two (2) Months Deposit to be able to start.
