SGDL Key Performance relies on capabilities and qualification of its personnel employed/deployed to carry out their duties to perform the job. These are verified thru their experiences and skills review not limited to; Project Engineer, Staff, Supervisor, Welder, Fitter, Mechanic.
Where every recruit shall passed the General Safety Orientation and Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental awareness, Hazards and Mitigations while carrying out their duties.
