     ISSI Information Technologies, Inc. (ISSI Tech) was established in early 2006 by its main stockholder, Information and Support Solutions Inc. to concentrate on the booming business of corporate computer rentals that would cater to the needs of Hotels, Seminar Venues, other Event Rentals such as Tradeshows, Conventions, Product Launches, Exhibitor Rentals, etc. Later this year, ISSI Information Technologies, Inc. takes over the business activity of (ISSI) Information and Support Solutions, Inc., to strengthen its corporate standing and better service to the clients. ISSI Tech obtained the imprimatur of the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 15, 2006, thus, legalizing its corporate existence. It has since engaged in the sales, services and maintenance of various Computer Systems, Networking Solutions, Personal Computers, Small and Large Scale Printers, and Peripherals.
