Profile:
     KALFI LEAD is a youth leadership training in the Philippines that focuses on developing the character strength of young female university students. From high school all the way to college, young women are given the tools and the rationale which expand their technical and leadership acumen through one-on-one mentoring.
Organized by Kalinangan Youth Foundation, Inc. (KALFI), the LEAD program builds concrete pathways to leadership anchored on a Christian philosophy and channelled through a vibrant spirit of service.
Servant leadership is explained within the context of desiring excellence, not for its sake, but to develop oneself and expand one’s capacity in order to reach those who need help most efficiently and effectively. And that’s always in consideration of the wants and dignity of the beneficiaries.
