The Company was incorporated in 2005 primarily to lease, rent, own, operate, charter and/or contract air, land, or sea transport and/or services for tourism or tourist-oriented purposes. In addition. the company also develops, promotes, and extends business interests of corporations, firms, associations, and/or individuals by acting as an agent, except as insurance agent, or as representative of such entities. It is also registered with the Board of Investments under the Omnibus Invesments Code of 1987 on a preferred non-pioneer status as an expanding operator of transport facilities for tourists.
