Profile:
     Governor Edgar M. Chatto is a golden boy walking on a silver lining. He is the 25th governor of Bohol at the age of 50. Young as he is, but not a neophyte in public service. He has been a public servant starting as a KB Provincial Federated President, Balilihan Mayor, Provincial ViceGovernor and lately 1st District of Bohol Congressman. He believes that- "Leadership is a gift from God for man to develop and share with others."
