Syscrete Builders and Trading Corporation, hereinafter called Syscrete, has just started and is proud to start as a small corporation, yet organized by technical people, who have technical expertise and wide variety of experiences in big specialty concrete projects around the country and neighboring countries.
Syscrete has its special and unique system in dealing with its clients and other project stakeholders. It has also unique procedure for the application of Specialty Concrete Finishes for Floors and Walls including the production and marketing of the different kinds of Specialty Concrete Drymixes for finishing and repair of both new and old concrete.
Specialty Concrete Finishes are applicable for industrial, commercial and residential construction projects. Designs and textures are selected by clients according to their requirements. For easy pick, clients can choose from among the different samples of specialty concrete floor and wall finishes molded in 30 x 30 cm or in smaller sizes.
Syscrete is also engaged in the construction of residential houses, small commercial buildings, and warehouses, and has a plan to also engage in the production, distribution and installation of Specialty Concrete Blocks and Bricks such as cement tiles, paver blocks and concrete bricks and blocks, including common hollow blocks.
The directors and officers of Syscrete are technically-equipped with knowledge and skills about the five phases of project management, i.e. initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure. The Project Management Group is well-versed in the project management knowledge areasâIntegration, Scope, Quality, Time, Communication, Cost, Human Resource, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholder management.
Syscrete envisions becoming one of the leading concrete constructor in the Philippines, at first in the field of Specialty Concrete and ultimately for building construction.
