     Like most business endeavors, F. GURREA CONSTRUCTION, INC., duly managed by its President, FELIX Q. GURREA, had modest beginnings. In 1982, the firm kicked off as a single proprietorship with the initial acquisition of two (2) units of dump-trucks with the sole purpose of delivering filing materials and undertaking small scale contracts.
