Profile:
     The foundation started in November 2002 when Jed Patrick Mabilog and a number of former Kabataang Barangay (KB) Chairmen of Iloilo City gathered for a reunion with the purpose of renewing bonds among the former youth leaders. The sharing of experiences inspired the group to form an organization where they can continue and nurture their zeal and commitment to community service which they developed during their Kabataang Barangay days.
