Located just a 15-minute ride from the airport and just a walking distance away from Maribago Blue Water Resort and other popular beach resorts, Orlanesâ Apartments is the ideal place for local and foreign tourists who want value for their money. The gated property is newly renovated, well maintained and our Admin Assistant is always ready to entertain the needs of the guests. The location is accessible via local transport; i.e. taxi, jeepney or tricycle and a few minutesâ walk to the nearest supermarket (Save More â Maribago) and a tricycle ride from the wet market. Pets are allowed as long as they wonât disturb the other guests. Garbage segregation is practiced in the property and trash is collected regularly. Cable TV is available upon request. Wifi can be provided for long term stays (12 months).
TOWNHOUSE (5 UNITS)
With monthly rates ranging from P10,000.00 to P15,000.00 the fully furnished one storey apartments will surely fit your budget. We also give discounts for extended stays 6 months and above and special rates for 3 or more guests. We also have a special rate for dormitory type occupancy. Basic furnishings includes a bed with mattress, aircon, separate CR with shower, TV, refrigerator, sala sets, dining set, kitchen with stove and sink. Our Honeymoon Suite is provided with a bath tub with hot water shower, a gas range with range hood, a bar and a spacious terrace. Each unit is fully screened, provided with a small garden and one parking space (extra parking space maybe provided upon request). Each unit is also provided with their own separate electric and water meters.
STUDIO ROOMS (2 UNITS)
Basic furnishings includes a bed with mattress, TV, aircon, refrigerator, kitchen sink, separate CR, common laundry area. Rate is P5,500.00 for a maximum of 2 occupants. For long stays 6 months and above, we shall give special rates. Each unit is also provided with their own separate electric and water meters.
âI had a good time during my stay in Orlanes Apartments, because of the ideal location, I never had trouble looking for a good place to find food and the nearest grocer is just a few minute walk. Jovy (Admin Assistant) was really nice and during times of rest, I never had any complaints. I was really glad I decided to stay here, should I chose the hotel, I would'nt have this so much fun diving.
