(PHS) formed on 01 July 2003 following the merger between Philippine Hanse and Hammonia Marine Services. Philippine Hanse Ship Agency was incorporated in 1979 and Hammonia Marine Services was incorporated in 1981. Both companies serviced the SCHULTE GROUP OF COMPANIES by recruiting and supplying competent, experienced and well trained seafarers for the Group and its international clients.
