Applied Mechanical Works, Inc. is a Mitsubishi Electrical Diamond Dealer since 2011 having sold P100M of split type and VRF air conditioning units. It's has been awarded a hall of fame status for consistent sales and installation for the past 5 years. We are one of the specialty contractors and service provided for the University of Santo Tomas and UST Hospital since 2005. We are currently implementing their program to replace their old standard air conditioning units to the more energy efficient VRF (variable refrigerant flow) inverter units. We have installed almost 2,000 indoor units and 900 outdoor units as of 2016. We also provide regular maintenance and replacement parts for the majority of the University Building and Class rooms and also for the Hospital facilities. Other major customer include the Immaculate Conception Academy (since 2010) Sister of Mary Girls town and Boys town facilities in Silang Cavite (since 2005) and USSC (Western Union) branches in metro manila. We have also been providing regular cleaning and maintenance services for large residential homes since 2000.
The Company was established in 1991 by its current President Oscar S. Lazo who envisioned a professionally managed Company who will upgrade the level of performance and competence in an industry which is primarily dominated by family owned and manage companies who do not provide the basic welfare and benefits of their employees. At that time and until now it is the industry practice to pay a daily basic rate and not to regularize their employees in order to avoid the payment of their benefits.
