Industrial trading is a challenging business venture for Mr. Raynato Q. Serrano. During his early endeavors, he has foreseen the need of good maintenance service for the manufacturing plant equipment and machineries. He then pursued his vision to serve the industry, and thus he created Fil-Jap Trading international in 1995.
Primarily, the company was known to supply high-grade steel, welding consumables and allied products within Cebu's Industrial Center. While serving most of his customers, he noticed that some machinery parts and components could be revised and redesigned to have a better machine performance and longer life expectancy. He then expanded his mission and focused on the fabrication of machinery parts, particularly in bottling, beverage, canning, food processing companies for meat, fruits and snacks,packaging, pharmaceutical. carton makers,steel hardware,cement processing factory,shipping lines and other MEPZ industrial companies.
It's objective is to manufacture high quality replacement parts comparable to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Fil-Jap Trading International created a niche on "precision machinery service" for specific companies in the Philippines. The Company believes that we, Filipinos,can make machinery parts comparable to OEM or even better. These are attained with right analysis and evaluation of machine parts use, temperature, design, materials, precise process, trained employees, machinery, tools and equipment.
The company manufactured its first exported products in Saudi Arabia last December 2005 and 2006. These include carbide blades and puch and die, which we served to an electric company for cutting silicon plates.
Fil-Jap Trading International is now on it's 23rd year in business. The Management thought of the next generation. Last May 17, 2017, Fil-Jap Rayvie Precision International Inc. was established for the continuity of Raynato Q. Serrano and his family's mission and vision. It is currently in transition of turn-over of customers, contacts, assets and liabilities. Aside of these improvements, we do accept some civil-mechanical works improvement now.
