At this time, the various structures attributed to Monolith total 39 high-rise condominium/ office buildings, 32 medium-rise office/ residential/ commercial buildings, 64 townhouse/ apartment/ industrial/ low-rise commercial buildings, 4 pile driving/ excavation/ sub-structure works, 33 shopping malls, 6 hotel buildings, 10 institutional buildings, a 4.4-hectare convention center and a sports arena. Currently, Monolith Construction & Development Corporation is undergoing the construction of 15 high-rise commercial buildings, 1 medium-rise buildings, 4 shopping malls, 1 hotel building, 5 institutional buildings, 1 training and worship center and 1 site development works to name a few.
