Tarcisio H. Sempron Jr. on the 4th of May, 2006.The owner is very passionate in having her own business establishment and to be of service to mankind aside from her teaching career.She is a dreamer, a mother of three and presently teaches in Cogon High School- Evening Class, Tagbilaran City.
