It played a vital role in professionalizing the property management industry in the Philippines. After a global merger in 2000 with the Savills Group, the company changed its corporate name to FPDSavills Philippines Inc.In 2005, the company underwent a major re-organization resulting to its new corporate name of FPD Asia property Services, Inc. and the birth of a new brand - FPD Asia which was formally launched in October 2005 at the Intercontinental Hotel Manila together with its Management Team and Valued Clientele.Now with its Senior Management at the helm, the new FPD Asia Group is envisioned to expand in other auxiliary business and bring its expertise to other Asian countries in the next 3 to 5 years.
