Profile:
Talisay , a 3rd class municipality is the smallest town in the Province of Camarines Norte. It has a total land area of 3,076 hectares which is only 10 meters above sea-level. The town, which was named after the big trees that abound in its Poblacion is home to around 21,509 people; of which, mostly are farmers. The fertile soil, gentle topography and suitable climate are the main reasons why agriculture is the economic backbone of the town.
