Profile:
     The Field Operations Office of the National Computer Center is the outreach arm of NCC to the Philippine regions and countryside. It is primarily tasked to spearhead the diffusion and utilization of information and communications technology (ICT) in the provinces, cities and municipalities nationwide, with focus on the ender-served and technologically marginalized communities in the countryside.
