Rose Villas Resort is a nature resort that is situated in lipa city batangas. We want to convey that waking up in a place where your first glimpse of the day is to see natural environment that will invite you to stay relaxed and just loosen up and enjoy the natural surrounding.
The resort is inspired by Bali, which is designed for relaxation and can be your holiday home, created to anticipate your every whim, fitted with everything you desire, from teaspoons to terrace furniture blended with rustic designs, ready just for you. A haven built to the highest standard.

About Business
The resort is situated on 1 .2 hectare of property. We are located in the town of Brgy.San Jose, Lipa City, Batangas. Resort is surrounded by beautiful trees that will give you a nice ambience and atmosphere
The property is fairly open with several trees, which provide our customers with sun or shade as desired. A large portion of the area is grass and we have a pool that will invite you to go swimming surrounded with beautiful cabanas that will keep the feeling of relaxation. There is pool for adult and for kids. Adult pool is max of 6 feet high and the kid’s pool is max of 3 feet high, those pools are safe to swim because we make sure that our crews maintain it, plus our pool attendant watch over it to ensure the safety of our guests.
The cabanas, all non-smoking units, are arranged besides the pool. Cabanas are available near the pool, which can accommodate from 4 to 8 persons. We also have an event hall area that can be rented for small special occasions like wedding, birthday parties, anniversary etc.., Within the event area there are hammocks secured by the trees that can be used for siesta.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later and check-out is 12:00 nn during weekly rentals.
The highlight of the resort is the overall view which is composed by the pool, trees, cabanas, hammocks, beautiful landscape, fresh air that are waived by the trees. Besides from that we also provide the quality of the service that the guest are looking for in every resort, we are dedicated to give the satisfaction to our visitors to let them know that our resort is worth the stay.
