     Established in 2018.
Rich experience, not only in sushi making but also in cooking Japanese dishes, was the primary reason behind the birth of Niknok's Maki T0-Go. Armed with more than a decade of hard work in Japanese restaurants and in a Japan-based cruise ship, Niknok, as he is fondly called by his family and friends in Baliuag, Bulacan, thought about starting a Japanese sushi bar. Time constraint, he decided to begin with sushi delivery in Baliuag. For a short span of time, he, along with his siblings and wife, was able to create awareness and satisfy the cravings of the people of Baliuag and nearby towns. This is all because of the amazing taste of the sushi rolls we create each day: prepared as ordered and using only authentic Japanese ingredients. Who knows, we will be able to open our dream Niknok's Kitchen within the year?
