Global Flag Company (GFC) was a pioneer and a leading flag maker that has built a reputation of quality and excellence through the years. It was a partnership among brothers and sisters of the Tan-Gatue family, who has been making flags since the early 1900’s. Now on its fourth generation of flag making, it is continuing a noble tradition started by its ancestors. GFC was organized as a partnership and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 3, 1961.
The corporate life of Global expired. FOANI was formed as its successor-in-interest.
FLAGS OF ALL NATIONS INC. (FOANI) was organized as a corporation on January 31,2008 by the majority owners of Global to continue the business.
Henceforth, FOANI is now our new legal name. FOANI, while organized in 2008, started operations only recently on November 5, 2012 after GFC permanently stopped operations.
However, we will continue to use Global Flag Company as our business name, which is now a registered trademark with the government’s Intellectual Property Philippines and owned by FOANI.
From herein, all transactions with our valued customers, suppliers, government and others, will now be in the name of FLAGS OF ALL NATIONS INC.
FOANI will continue to do business at the current location at 1007 Rizal Avenue, Sta.Cruz, Manila where it maintains its store and production facility. Our telephone/fax numbers, e-mail address, website and other contact numbers will remain unchanged.
The product portfolio includes flags, banners, buntings, pennants, flagpoles, ornaments, accessories and general merchandise. FOANI manufactures the bulk of its products and procures the rest from outside suppliers. Production run six days a week by a regular complement of workers.
Sales are over-the-counter as well as thru biddings. They can be ex-stock and job-order. Today, FOANI remains among the top three flag manufacturers, with clientele from the government, private sector and individuals.
