     Metro Combined Logistics Solutions Inc. (MCL) is an ISO-certified third-party logistics and supply chain management firm in the Philippines. It was established in 1997 and started as a joint venture between Gulf Agency Corporation (GAC) and Metro Alliance Holdings Equities Corporation (MAHEC) where GAC being a leader world-wide in shipping and logistics and MAHEC, one of the pioneers in distribution and logistics in the Philippines.
In 2001, with the agreement of the two brands to build a global name identity, the company changed its name to GAC logistics.
In 2012, following the departure of GAC the company changed its name to Metro Combined Logistics Solutions Inc. to mirror its original name and indicate the broader range of Logistics services the company provides.
