Profile:
     A native of Leyte, Oskee grew up in an impoversihed neighborhood. His family was so hard-up, he decided to quit school to help augment their meager income. He started his career working in a beauty parlor owned by a friend then, later under beauty guru Ricky Reyes whose clients included then-rising stars Jake Cuenca and Zanjoe Marudo, singer-composer Garth Garcia, and the iconic Amalia Fuentes.
Today, Oskee has his own namesake salons in Mandaluyong City and in Muntinlupa City.
Oskee believes learning is a continuous process thus he acquaints himself with the latest trends and technology in beauty.
He and his staff consistently join and attend seminars organized by beauty product manufacturers and companies here and abroad.
