     It all started in a dream, a vision if you may. Then the dream began to take shape. After conferring with leaders of God, Rev. Nomer C. Bernardino grouped and started the Upper Room in the hub of business, a place for unwinding, tensed and tired bodies after a days’ work through worship and the Word of God. The fellowship grew large there was no more room for Upper Room to accommodate more people coming in. And the fellowshippers decided they wanted more than just a fellowship. They craved for a church.
