listed below are service options to help you decide which is best for your event. Our catering packages
and menus range from breakfast to lunch, and from snacks to dinner.
Plated
Plated meals are a more elegant and highly coordinated effort when it comes to cuisine and especially service. This
sophistication production requires superior staff and a well-orchestrated presentation to ensure excellence. Of course, based on the client’s choice, the price is on per person basis.
Buffets
are most common at weddings or any event with a large amount of guests who need to be fed in a certain time frame.
The multiple service attendants tend to hasten the line. This also offers the alternative to create multiple lines of
service. A self-service buffet will still have attendants to replenish and keep presentation looking exquisite.
Box Lunches
Includes rice, 2 viands, a choice of pasta, dessert, , a chilled soft drink or water, and complete condiments &
disposable flatwares. Perfect for sportsfest, mobile shooting, meetings and other events that requires quick
serving of food – forget all the hassle with buffets and serving or people getting their meal together. Each person just picks up a box. Just grab and sit.
Bulk
(“family-style”) Package
The bulk or “family-style” package is ideal for the client who wants ready to go food. Whether it’s for a family gathering, a party or a meeting, it’s delivered, dropped off and left for self-service. This package is most popular among college students, and meetings. It is a less expensive option, easy cleanup and great for times when no presentation is needed – the goal is to feed only.
