Profile:
     HARA DOJO -- School of Aikido , was established more than 10 years ago , teaching the basic principles and skills of this Japanese Martial Art founded by Morihei Ueshiba.
Classes are open for children and adults, male and female. Beginners are guided by the instructor to fully understand and appreciate movements beneficial to one's health and also to cultivate mental alertness and overall presence of mind.
HARA DOJO also offers WELLNESS PROGRAMS and SELF-DEFENSE for WOMEN course for Companies, Communities and Schools .
HARA DOJO classes/programs are handled by the Head Instructor-- certified and accredited by the AIKIKAI FOUNDATION (Japan) and has been teaching Aikido for more than 12 years.
HARA AIKIDO DOJO is also an official member of SANSUIKAI INTERNATIONAL, headed by
Yamada Shihan of the USAF (United States Aikido Federation).
