     ASIA OVERSEAS TRANSPORT CO., INC., (AOTCI) is a 100% Filipino owned corporation, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Domestic Trade and the Department of Trade and Industry on August 1980 as an International Air and Sea Cargo Forwarder.AOTCI is also duly certified by the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) to operate as an International Air Cargo Forwarder starting November 1983. Its license to continue operating as an International Air Cargo Forwarder was granted onwards renewable every five (5) years and the current term is until November 2003.
